EVALUATE

Introductory in-house or online presentation to get a benchmark understanding of the topic.
Discussion with key stakeholders to ensure we have alignment on key issues.
Quantitative assessments can be used in this stage but are not always needed.

ENGAGE

Qualitative conversations with individuals and teams to unpack what we learned in the EVALUATION.
Creation of individual and team action plans aligned with real time projects in their day to day work. We use our R4 Method™ that is easy to follow and align with what they already need to get done.
The key focus here is on WHY the journey we are going on is important to them, not just the firm. This is what creates the buy-in and commitment.

EDUCATE

Training in the competencies that we identified in the first two stages.
We use the mode of delivery that is best suited to your situation and firm locations.
Access is given to a private online portal for each cohort which contains additional resources and place to communicate.

EMPOWER

Support and accountability is provided to ensure the EDUCATION is implemented.
Individual and group coaching to shift mindsets and remove any roadblocks that would stop the program from getting results.
Everything we do is in partnership with your existing People and Culture team. Regular updates and realignment discussions keep everything on track.
