Meet the Author — Grant Herbert

Grant Herbert is a leadership mentor, keynote speaker, and founder of the Professional Services Leadership Academy. With over 40 years of experience, including military service, corporate leadership, and running his own practice, Grant helps lawyers, accountants, and consultants lead with confidence, clarity, and sustainability. Through his global work with People Builders, and the Professional Services Leadership Academy, he equips professionals with the personal and leadership skills they were never taught at university, helping them shift from high performance to high impact, without burning out.

He describes himself as an ordinary guy, with an outstanding wife and 5 amazing kids, who empowers others through the experiences he gained throughout his own journey of imperfection.
