    First, you will need to complete an application where I ask you all sorts of invasive questions about your career. OK – they're not that invasive. I am just really trying to select the best fit people to join you here.

    Anyway, the application will come to my office and one of two things will happen. One, I will decide we are not a good match and I will let you know politely. Or two, I will decide we are be a good match and you will be accepted into cohort and have a call with me. Nobody will pressure you or hassle you. If you want in, great. If not, no problem. I am happy either way.
